Doesn’t work anymore

It worked for a while, now it doesn’t.

Before it worked but I could hear both the hangouts sound, and the OS X notificatoin sound.

Now it won’t load conversation. I can’t figure out how to contact the developers directly.

I would like a fix or a refund.
