Shows promise

I had to visit their support site to get it working. Chat has to be enabled in gmail for it to show up. I have been using chat straight through hangouts and none of my chats showed up initially until I enabled chat through gmail.

Wish the interface looked better and felt more modern. Also wish the columns in the app could be resized and the chat people column and start a video hangout column could be minimized or hidden.
